I’m a design thinker by nature with a degree in Business Administration and a strong background in technology.

After pursuing my dream of living abroad, I moved to Portugal, where I completed a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. That experience taught me how to use technology as a tool for creating successful, human-centered products and gave me insights into the realities of businesses of all sizes — from startups to large companies.

I began my career as a web designer, later joining a B2B software company as a junior developer. Over time, I discovered my real passion for UX design, where creativity, empathy, and strategy come together to shape meaningful digital experiences.

Today, I’m a UX designer driven by curiosity, problem-solving, and the desire to make technology more intuitive and accessible.

Professional Experiences

UX Designer at Aura Seguros

Apr 2024 - Present

A consolidated insurance company operating in both B2C and B2B2C markets, where I lead end-to-end design processes — from user research and definition to prototyping and the design of the customer-facing app. I’m responsible for the ongoing optimization of the company’s website and mobile application through user research, data analysis, and visual design improvements, which have contributed to a +20 increase in Google Lighthouse performance and a 35% growth in click-through rate. I also collaborate on the design of the website for Aura Seguros’ foundation, Flamencon. Additionally, I regularly design landing pages for digital marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team, using Elementor Pro.

UX/ Product Designer at Wattwin

Startup focused on commercial software and the management of customizable solar self-consumption projects, with responsibilities covering both UX and Product Design. In my day-to-day role, I collaborate with other Product Designers, reviewing and conducting usability tests to ensure a smooth user experience and platform consistency. Additionally, I manage complete projects for a team, from the initial research and definition phases through to high-fidelity prototyping.I participate in daily meetings with both the design and product teams, ensuring strategic alignment and the development of user-centered solutions.

A management and automation technology platform.
As a Product designer in a multi-functional team, where we use agile methodology for project organization, my contribution is to provide the best experience for our end user and usability across the entire company building a design system.
I use design process, such as, definition, desk and user research, sitemaps, wireframes, navigable prototypes and usability tests.
And initially as developer I have contributed to develop a library page where all components of the design system were hosted. For that, I used react.js and the Visual studio code editor.

Responsible for maintaining the company website using Wordpress and creating content for partner schools and universities. I was part of a larger team to create marketing strategies to have a better digital presence and position using organic and paid search engines.
